I’m Shaz Kaur, a UK based toddler mum and IT support professional with over a decade of experience working in education. 

In my daily role as a school IT technician, I support children, staff and parents with technology, turning technical or confusing information into clear, manageable steps without unnecessary jargon.

Through The Tech Safe Mum, I combine my professional technology experience with my real life perspective as a parent. I create clear UGC and creator content for baby-tech, toddler-tech and family-focused brands, including app demonstrations, story-led product content and practical tech tutorials. I’m particularly interested in privacy, online safety, learning and technology that makes family life easier.
